Primely positioned on Lake Travis, Travis Club prioritizes the preservation of natural Hill Country beauty while balancing the development of luxury living. As the local landscape architect, Circle V has played a critical role in on-site implementation, working closely with the contractor and architect to ensure the design vision is executed with precision. Our work prioritizes sustainable practices that respect existing trees and habitats, enhancing the site’s ecological integrity while seamlessly integrating high-quality materials and thoughtful detailing. Designed with a deep respect for the land, the community prioritizes preserving natural ecosystems while offering a network of trails, open spaces, and thoughtfully designed residential areas. At its core, the Millican Reserve Conservancy ensures the long-term protection of the landscape, fostering a connection between residents and nature through outdoor recreation, education, and stewardship initiatives. The extensive trail system weaves through preserved woodlands, meadows, and lakes, providing opportunities for hiking, biking, and wildlife observation, creating a community that values sustainability, wellness, and a deep-rooted connection to the outdoors.

Circle V collaborated closely with the developer to overcome unique grading and impervious cover challenges and create a durable and beautiful landscape design.
